Actually all 3 meds that your ferret is on can cause diarrhea, so it is
hard to say that the lasix is the one causing it.  Liquid poops and gas
are not a good indication that he has a stomach problem.  Does he have
other signs such as vomiting, lack of appetite, pawing at his mouth,
drooling, etc?  Have you seen any improvement since changing to the
injectable lasix?  Remember Carafate is the "ulcer band aid", so it
will not help with diarrhea and gas.  I would suggest a consult with
the cardiologist before adding other meds to his treatment.
