With the caveat that Michigan is big, and I don't know where therein you
are:
 
I am tentatively willing to come get your ferrets and drive them to a
shelter west of you (because I live west of you) if you can get them
admitted.  Try the Greater Chicago Ferret Assn LAST.  I say last, because
they have a high population right now.  If they say they can take in your
ferrets, or if a Wisconsin shelter can take your ferrets, I'll come get
them.  I'm leaving it to you to find a shelter.
