Instead of pressure cooking when I make my chicken turkey soup, I use a
large crock pot and slow cook the bones and meat for about 20-24 hours
on low and it grinds so easily in a blender! If you do not want to
crock pot your gravy, remove the bones and slow cook them in a small
crock pot for about 20 hours with water to cover and you will end up
with nutritional softened easy to grind bones as well a nice broth! It
does not seem to work on duck leg bones as much, but I did manage to
be able to grind the duck leg bone also which turned out creamy.
