Good on you Regina,
Being in a cust.  service role myself, it's just common sense that you are
not to pass judgement on someone else for whatever reason you think they
shouldn't be doing something.  This woman is completely in the wrong and
should have this incident brought to her and her bosses attention so that
they can go about re-educating this women in the ways of cust.  service.
 
As for what she said about your loved one, She's obviously not got any
idea of the love of another creature ( be it two or four legged), maybe
this is because of her attitude towards people and animals that she's
going to end up being a lonely bitter person.
 
I hope you do bring this incident to their attention and allow them to
find out why they have lost a valuable cust.  And i hope you tell as many
people as you can about this pharmacy and advise them of where else they
can take their business.
