The post today was very sad and VERY upsetting in one case.
 
First I would like to send my condolences to the Skinners that lost Sammy
and to Baby Boy Pinky's family.  My biggest fear is that one of my babies
will escape from my home.  I live in a subdivision with many dogs.  Both
families will be added to my prayer list.
 
Second, to Dayna and Casia.  Your story was beautiful, your patients paid
off in a big way.  You now have a sweet baby girl to love and she has a
terrific new mom.  Thank god for shelters and their many wonderful, devoted
workers.
 
Third, to Samantha that has been caring for Lucy.  Don't give her back.  We
all might not agree with the laws banning ferrets from California but this
time let the law work in your favor.  Tell the family unless she can
provide a license to bring the ferret into California, you will not release
the ferret.  Please keep us updated on this one.  Lots of luck.
 
And to Ed, You might be full of knowledge on ferrets but the way you
present your case to the FML is insulting!  By the time I am finished
reading what you have to say I am so upset with the way you try to degrade
the person you are responding to.  Why not address the dog?  Is this really
your idle curiosity or your way of trying to upset Mary & Boris?  If you
had responded in a way that might be of help I am sure many people would
have or could have benefited from your knowledge.  If you flame me so be
it.  I am a grown woman with two teenagers and a husband of 20 years.  I
can handle anything!  E-mail directly and I will delete it!
