"Gwen" posted recently that her newly acquired blind ferret is
terrorized by one of her other bunch & does not "play" much. Our
blind ferret does fine, but she has the advantage of having become
very familiar with our home in the 6 years before she lost her sight.
Perhaps Gwen can let the little blind girl out to explore while keeping
the "attack ferrret" caged. Once she gets the "lay of the land" she
should be more comfortable, especially since I'm sure she needs an
"escape route" that is familiar in order to cope with the unwanted
aggression.

I don't think any of us could relax & "play" if we were in the dark &
on constant alert for danger. A little extra time & effort here may
result in a ferret just as "well-adjusted" as her sighted gang, & make
evryone happier in the long run.

Best wishes,

Lisa (& Effe)
