Even though we have a new A/C system, I'm still paranoid about the
ferret room. What if there is some sort of system failure or power
outage and I'm not home. I've tried looking and haven't seen quite
what I want. I looking for some sort of sensor unit that doesn't rely
on a computer being in the ferret room, that will monitor the room
temperature, and that could send a text or call to my cell phone if it
goes over a set temperature. Or the sensor sends some message to the
computer downstairs that sends a message. Does something like that
exist?
