Hello,
I just wanted to say that I recently bought some cat litter pans at Meijer,
here in Michigan. They were $3.49 each. Which I thought was a great
price. I think we all know how expensive some litter boxes can be! I know
that you can also get them at Wal-Mart for cheap too. I then cut an area
out of one of the sides, leaving about two inches so the litter won't get
out. I used a special kind of scissors, that we normal use for cutting our
RC car bodies, which leaves the cut area nice and smooth. I suppose you
could use any type of cutting utensil as long as the cut area isn't rough.
Well, my Ferrets have been really good about using the boxes. No accidents
in the last three weeks. I'm very happy. Because our youngest, Arnold has
VERY bad potty habits. The boxes are big and have high enough sides so the
poop doesn't get out. I wish I had thought about doing this months ago.
Would have saved me a lot of carpet cleaner and cleaning time! Heeheehe
I just thought I'd let everyone know incase any of you have never thought
about trying that. The Box also fits nicely in their cage. They finally
stopped using the second level as their bathroom. Yippie! Take care
everyone!

Many HAPPY Dooks!
