Cleaning Litter Pans

Twice in the past few weeks I've seen mention of scrubbing the litter
pans once a month or once every six months.  All I can say is YUCK!
Just like your toilet, they need to be done every WEEK!  And not just
rinsed, they need to be scrubbed, with a brush and disinfectant.  Your
ferrets will thank you for it.
