I have a female ferret who is in her sixth year.  She has gained quite a
a bit of weight lately and in particular this seems to have accumulated
around her neck as well as underneath around her hind legs.  My question
is are these normal areas for weight gain as they get older?  If not,
what could this be indicative of?  Thanks!  Julie
