Just got back from traveling the length of Ca-Ca land. MoJo played perfect
ferret ambassador. Wish I'd had the foresight to bring printed info on
ferret legislation efforts. Oh well. Pointed lots of folks toward the Web.

Had a wonderful, energizing visit with Steph, Sam, Spanky, Claudia,
Scarlett, Taz, Dar Nin (did I spell that correctly?) and Gary too. Thank
you, thank you, Steph, for welcoming a ferret and his humans. You're the
best!

Sorry we didn't have time to visit with other ferrets and their humans. The
in-laws 50th anniversary activities kept us busier than I'd anticipated.

People in CA seem to be quite misinformed about fuzzies. Many seem to
think they've been legalized. Many think they are vicious biting monsters.
Thanks to MoJo the mellow, we did our part for re-education!

He spent quality time with folks attending the 50th celebration -- spreading
ferret love to Californians, Oregonians, Alaskans, New Yorkers, and even
some folks from Yorkshire. We also visited parks and rest stops throughout
the state, making new friends at every stop -- human, canine, and even
feline.

Next visit, we bring flyers!
