Hi everybody!
Boy, have I got a good one to tell. I have a 4ft iguana and this morning
after getting her every other day bath, I noticed she was missing from the
tub. Well, I found her in the family room surrounded by "ferrets". She was
quickly scooped up and put back in her cage. Upon returning to the bathroom
to clean up the mess I noticed that there wasn't as much "poop" as when I
had left the bathroom. Someone must have eaten it. It was way too runny to
run off with. I don't know for sure if it was the dog or one of the three
ferrets that was running around loose. I suspect my newer ferret who has
been getting into a lot of mischief lately. No tell tale signs on faces,
though. I got kind of concerned this afternoon after remembering all the
fuss about iguanas and salmonella bacteria. I called my vet and he said he
felt that the whole incident concerning iguanas was blown out of proportion
and not to worry too much. He said to watch for runny poop just in case.
So tonight we are on a poop watch!! I know that ferrets are little thieves
but really this is too much. I guess it just goes to prove once again that
anything can happen when you live with fuzzies.

Love and fuzzy kisses to all,
Pat, Bubba, Weasey, Emmet & Mooky(the suspected culprit)
