I would like to thank the people who mailed me privately about responsible
ferret breeders in Michigan.  I got a lot of people who told me to adopt
though.  While I agree adopting is a good thing, I've never bred an animal
(or a person) in my life, I've never given up an animal, and I've taken in
many ferrets over the years (as well as my current dog and two of my three
cats).  I don't see a problem with finding a responsible breeder and
getting to pick out a ferret.
 
I don't want this to sound inflamatory, I just feel like I'm being told I
have to justify myself.
