Time to respond to a few things I have seen in the FML.

Eden Rain: There are a number of cages available...unfortunately, it is hard
to judge quality via the FML posts. You live in the Seattle area. Try the
cages sold at PetSmart. They are made by Wear in Phoenix, AZ. PetSmart is
going to sell a new 4 level ferret condo in the next week or so. It is
black in color...and not painted..it is powder-coated..excellent! Price is
not out of hand either. I have a 28" x 28" x 18" 3 level, made by
Associates. It is chrome plated with a high metal bottom box. It is very
well constructed. I am sure your local area pet stores can supply it, but
to get more info, you might try contacting: Pets R Us, in Reno, Nevada, at
702 747-8400. Ask for Mike..M-F, 10am Pacific to 3 pm.

Ants: Sugar ants are also known as Slab Ants as they generally live under
concrete slabs. They do NOT like being outdoors, preferring instead dark
and damp places. If you have a house infestation, look in the garage for
the dirt mound. As for controlling their egress in the house, believe it or
not, spray fabric softener does wonders and is ferret safe. It doesn't kill
the ants but sure makes them move elsewhere!

Totally Ferret: Would someone please post a distributor/manufacturerers
address or phone number.

Team AMIGA: Know anyone who wants to buy 4000's and general parts? <GRIN>

Lastly (For this post!) For all of the new readers of the FML. Might I
suggest that someone post a 'what and this 'is' ' message defining 'dooks',
Weasel War Dance, toughie mode, etc. Also, a story and history on FLO might
be in order again...who knows, there may be new recruits lurking!

Happy 4th Americans (United Statesians) Happy Dominion Day (I think it
is.) Canadians!

J. Wolfe, with Billy-Bob on one shoulder and Garret the Ferret on the
other!

[Moderator's note: Part of the fun is finding new meanings for some terms...
though if you hear a ferret "dook" or see one "war dance" you'll know. BIG]
