Kurt and Sara
I had a shelter ferret that came in with a large osteosarcoma on the back
of his head. Unfortunately, it was growing rapidly, and there was nothing
I could do for him but give him love and comfort for his last few weeks.

Cadbury did ok for the first few weeks, gaining weight and strength, and
growing in a soft new coat, but then he started losing his balance, and
could not eat hard food. Eventually his condition worsened to the point
where he could not use a litter box or walk without staggering. He would
also cry out in pain. A year ago on Dec 23rd, my vet helped him to the
Rainbow Bridge.

You can read Cadbury's story and see a couple pictures of him at Sam's
Ferrets in Need site

My prayers are with little Austin.
