Philadelphia Area Insulinoma Vet Needed

Jessica is on her way to Philadelphia and would like to know if anyone
has an experienced insulinoma surgery vet in that area.  Her little one's
glucose check on Friday was 35, the week before it was 68.  Spritzy is
currently on pediapred and they just upped her dosage a bit but Jessica
is considering surgery at this point.
