Most airlines will let small animals on-board as carry-on's. It's not good
for you to lie to the airline people, as if their is some requirment for the
animal then they would not be able to help. Also, airlines only allow a
certain number of animals on the plane as carry-on and to confirm that you
can you should let them know. Also if you decide to 'sneak' the ferret
aboard make sure you do have the proper paper work for him, otherwise that
can and will confiscate the little one. My advice would be to either fly
another airline that will allow ferrets. Cabin Crew and ground crew have
enough to worry about, than to add the fact that someone is trying to sneak
in a pet. Sorry but I don't think you should do it. Call around and ask
different airlines to see if they will take the other airlines flyer ticket
and if the spec. take ferrets.

Let me know what you do.
