To the Anon. Poster who posted the info clarifying the area of civil suits
and how they affect ones housing...
 
 I commented one could end up jobless, homeless etc. in the context that when
one loses ones job for being absent too long [ie: jailed] and cannot pay the
rent/payments etc. then it's only a matter of time before one is homeless...
 
You are correct in that if your home is homesteaded it cannot be taken for
debts..  if not, it can have a lien placed against it and eventually you may
have to sell it to meet the lien for many reasons..  but it cannot be taken
from you even then easily..
 
I apologise if my phrasing was misleading... it was not meant to be..
