Read Suki's post mentioning "ferret recipes" and it reminded me of
something that happened last week.  On a day off last week, I took one of
the boys into work.  These people have heard all about my ferrets and I
just wanted to show one of them off.  Naturally, everyone made over him
like he was really something special-(he is!) and the little guy just ate
it up!  Then someone walked up behind me and said, "Aw ferret stew-now
that's good stuff!" Before I even saw who it was, my hand was flying and I
turned and smacked him on the shoulder!  Good thing my boss has a sense of
humor!!  He was of course kidding, but now everytime he sees me, he'll say
something like...."a little potato," or ..."a little carrot".
