BARF = Biologicals And Raw Food
 
This is a movement to get pets back to a more "natural" wild diet.
 
Bob church's chicken gravy addresses this providing something closer to a
wilde diet, using skins, bones, meat and any organ meat provided.
 
A place like hare-today.com sells wild rabbit carcasses, whole or ground
up with fur and internal organs.
 
Mice work.  You may want to start with mouse or rat pups.  Fedd the
ferret in teh bath tub.  You don't want them to take off with the "food"
and hide it somewhtere to be found later mummified or covered in maggots.
