Just a small clarification on all the talk about impulse buying of ferrets
and such in California.
 
The bill is to only make the current ferrets in California not illegal.
The borders would still be closed to new ferrets and they would also not
be allowed to be sold in pet stores.  Only ferrets in California since
May 1st would be considered legal.  It is more of an amnesty (is that the
right word?) than a legalization.
