This is Susie Lee at the "Elderlies and hospice-wing" of the Pensacola
Ferret Rescue (Florida). For onset cases of incontinence, such as has
recently occurred with our just-over-ten-years-old Molly Blue-Angel, we
use "Vermont Bag Balm", slathered on well, as it's made and tested to be
safe for all any critter consumption and proves a soothing and healing
balm. A (square, green-colored with picture of a cow) tin of it is just
a couple bucks (less than five, more than one) at mostly any Wal-Mart or
any feed-and-seed store.

There are a lot of diaper-rash items out on the market, but very few that
are safe to ingest, in the case that it is ingested!
