Hi Everyone,

On Monday, I had to take Ashes to the vet to have an infected what I
thought abscess check out and the vet says it is an infected polyps-tumor.
He informed me it had to come off. So as I type Ashes is having surgery
right now. Hopefully, will be picking him up this evening.

Since Ashes had to go in I decided it was time that I test DAF Kodiac to
find out one way or another if he was positive for ADV.

The vet put Kodiac under and took a test tube of blood from his jugular
vein in his neck. I rushed this to the US Post Office as fast as my car
to go, but was informed that they only do 2 day service and I wanted it
to be there in the morning. So rushed over to FED-EX, nope they couldn't
take it because it was not packaged in Biohazard packing. So rushed the
tube of blood over to Virginia Mason Medical Clinic and they packaged it
up for me, put a BIO-HAZARD sticker on it and back to FED-EX I went. By
5:30 pm it was on its way to AVECON. Today got a call and DAF KODIAC's
test showed a strong negative for ADV.

So pray the results for Ashes will also be good.

Charleen and the Wa. Tails
