Quick note: Am bogged under so don't know if I'll get a chance to read it
for a few days, but the latest issue of "The American Ferret Report" just
arrived today.  This is the magazine which comes as part of membership in
The American Ferret Association.  I say "magazine" because it really IS at
that sort of size and quality now and has been for a few months.  It also
has a fine accuracy record.  To contact 1-888-FERRET1 (not 1-800 which is
Path Valley) or [log in to unmask]  Articles include ones on: CA, airlines,
Toronto Symposium, NYC legislation (The court action is too recent.), show
judging, events, Esophagostomy feeding tube placement (and a ferret who
never would have made it through life-saving surgery without it -- quickly
skimmed that), vets' news, an extensive nutrition section, numerous living
with ferret type pieces, a review of a book for which which several people
here were consultants, etc.
