Sorry to hear about Slinky and her "attitude".  Since you've already
committed to ferret sitting her, my suggestion would be: is there any way
that the owner can confine her during the time that you will be visiting?
Perhaps the owner could put a Weezil Watcher or baby gate across the
bathroom door, and then stock the bathroom with some paper towels in
strategic corners, a cozy bed or some towels ..  and a water bowl and
food bowl RIGHT up against the gate.
 
That way, you could just reach over and change the water and fill the food
bowl .. and wouldn't have to come in contact with Slinky and her teeth.
Odds are she'd be asleep when you came over, anyway, so that would make it
easier to make sure she doesn't nail you when you reach for the bowls.  :->
The paper towels would probably just have to wait for the owner's return to
get changed.  Good luck with it!
