Kris wanted a psychiatric evaluation...he would not grant it.....
 
They had her on 5 counts...the max could be $750.00 per... He waived
$3,750.00 (650.00 per count) of it (GRRRR) to keep her on probation (he
could of dropped way less)
 
They MUST be able to visit her home with 4 hrs notice...they (animal
control) did 4 hrs after the trial..... There was NO plea bargaining...
this "joke" was ALL because of this DAMN Judge....it went to full trial.
She (Jen) can but has yet to move...
 
Kris has asked not to be contacted,she is as sick as we are about this....
If, however....ANY of you receive ANY news on Jen...PLEASE mail it to
me?????  I have Kris's mail & she wants me to keep anything we receive...
hopefully,compounded it can influence the Judge in future dealings.....
