Has anyone known a ferret to catch ringworm from another pet?

We recently rescued a kitten who had ringworm -- didn't introduce him to
the ferret until our vet said it was ok. But this morning, I noticed the
ferret's back paws seem to have lost some hair on the underside and his
skin looks a bit scaly there. As a precautionary first step, I put some
Resizole lotion on his feet (that's what we treated the kitten with).

Anyone have a similar experience?
