In answer to Dick Bossart's question about ferrets punishing their owners, I
definitely think that it happens.  I especially get nailed if I go away.
Sarah makes sure that I know her displeasure for about three days afterwards
by using every corner in the house except the one the litter boxes are in.
She also pouts.
