my Jelly Belly girl...
 
just turned 5 last month...not sick...no signs...nothing...
 
oh..she was adrenal...and on melatonin...but yesterday and last night, as
usual, she was up playing and chasing and being ferrety...
 
this evening...she is dead...not enough warning to do anything...
lethargic this afternoon...dead tonight at 6 p.m....
 
at least i think she is dead...i can not hear a heartbeat...i can not
see her breathe...but she is still warm to the touch and floppy...not
stiffening...i think her feet are getting cold...
 
i was holding her...she was wimpering...so i put her in the playpen...
so the others would not bother her...she kept going to the end closest
to the ferret rooms...and collapsing...so i put her back with her
brothers... and she died...
 
i am so sorry...i am so confused...
 
i can't believe she is gone...not my Jelly Girl...
 
Uh-Oh and Meeja...one month ago today...
 
that is 4 ferrets we have lost since we moved to utah in october...and 1
cat... maybe we should have stayed in ohio...
 
sorry...for the tone of this note...
i am so torn apart right now...
