Debbie,
Sorry to hear that you received an email of such misunderstanding.  In my
opinion the only stupid question is the question that is NOT asked.
 
Like you said, we are all here for the benefits of the ferrets and if
someone has to ask a question a second, third, or even forth time so that
they understand the answer, then so be it.
 
Come on folks, let's all be adults, PLEASE!
