As it is lactose that is the problem I shouldn't think raw milk would
be any different to regular pastuerised, or other treated milk. However
the vast majority of the lactose is in the liquid part of the milk so
cream is a good supplement in a ferret who is underweight. A spoonful
of extra thick cream did my V a workd of good when he had an upset tum
in the summer this year.
