Hi All,
I remember that there had been some talk awhile ago about ferrets having
tears. I'm embarrassed to admit that I probably skimmed right through
it. However, I did try to find it in the archives and what came up were
all the losses people endured since 1994. =( Very sad.

Anyways, I noticed last week that Cindy had some kind of orange discharge
that was a bit crusty around her eyes. It only happened that once but I
knew I had seen something regarding this in the FML awhile back. Cindy
lost her cagemate, CJ, about a month ago now. She had stopped eating
for a bit and was really not herself. It was tough to watch. She is
just now starting to adjust. She actually slept on my bed the other
night which was a first for her. So my question is: is it possible
that ferrets cry? Or am I just placing human emotions on an animal?

Thanks all,
Jennifer, Cindy, & Pete (& CJ from heaven)
