Hi,

Thanks to those of you who answered my post about Percy and adrenal. I'll
try to answer all of you personally soon. I've been really busy finding
someone to take care of Percy. He's scheduled for exploratory surgery
Tuesday morning (today?). He's lost a lot of hair, though not in the
classical pattern beginning at the base of the tail and balding up the back.
His energy is good, as is his "ferritude". But he still appears to strain
when urinating. So Tuesday is the big day to find out what's up!

If you have a moment to hold him in your thoughts, we'll appreciate it. He
goes in first thing in the morning. All the kids are stinking up lots of
blankees for him to take, including his new purple polar fleece sleeping
bag. I've got a heating pad ready for his return, thanks to Margarat and
Gismo sharing their experiences through adrenal surgery. Couldn't find a
lava pad, but will try again tomorrow. Janos is making turkey soup for him
to have at the doctor's; hope they don't mind warming it! :) Will pack a
new tube of Nutri-Stat and some ferretone and raisons, too. Oh, what else,
what else....? Oh, there he goes now, scratching away. I'm off to pack his
bags!!

plus the homo sapien Janos and big ole 15-yr. 16-lb. Wellington the Cat
