Galen is now taking his Omeprazole with no struggle. I followed the
advice of many people -- to mix it with a little of his food. I didn't
even need to use a syringe. After a little hesitating, he ate the whole
dose, right off the plate.

I'm assuming that mixing this particular Rx w food doesn't reduce
its effectivity. He weighs 2.5 lbs, gets 2mg Of the Omep on an empty
stomach, and he has to wait 20 mins after the dosing before getting
access to other food. Sound ok?

I'm hoping the treatment will improve his stools as well as the
grinding -- they are ok in consistency and amount, but are perhaps
a little yellowy, and definitely seedy. His appetite is very good.

Btw, before I cd get the Omeprazole, I gave him a short course of
Petromalt in case he had a blockage.
