Hello an Dooks to all,

I just thought I should update whats going on with Max and his teeth.

I have taken Max to visit our regular Exotic's Vet, Dr. Prus. Dr Anthony
specializes in dentistry and that is why we went to see him initially.
He is really fantastic vet, but knew I needed to do some shopping around
as 1000 dollars is way out of range for what I can do currently. So,
upon speaking with Dr. Prus, she said though she doesnt do root canals,
she can pull his canines, which yes, Im loathed to do, but at least he
wont be in pain any more, and it is a financial situation I can handle,
with her being able take care of his problems for half the previous
price. So we will work to getting together 450-500 will be a little
easier then 1000. I already have spent close to 200, and have collected
60 together for his surgery now. In the next week Im going to be selling
off items, and looking into getting an ebay sellers account so I can
auction off some dolls I have been collecting and perhaps some Ferret
Hammocks and assorted home made items if I am able to find time to do any
sewing. Im also hoping I can get some labor work, even if its just for
the occasional day (I have osteoarthritis so Im often in considerable
pain) to boost the fund some.

The suggestion was given to me, that I should post the difference between
American and Canadian dollar value is quite considerable. For instance,
the 450 I will pay Canadian, is 310 dollars US. Another suggestion
offered was that I give my Vet's account number. I dont know her
account number, but her address and phone number is as follows, so if
anyone would like to make a donation to Max (Price's) surgery, Im sure
they would see your gift went to his dental treatment.
