Well for the past year or two, I've read with a certain amount of envy of
several posts from people exlaining how their ferret either curls up in
their lap for a nap, or will fall asleep at their feet while at the computer.

Well today, I can stop envyine you.....as I type this my little Salty is
curled up around my foot. :-)

She has a foot fettish...she likes to lick socks that are on your feet, and
she seems to get carried away and start nibbling after a while. Well as I'm
sitting here, with my feet on the edge of their "kitty-bed" that they NEVER
use...Salt jumps in and starts to lick my socks. As I anticipated the
nibbles, they never came. When I glanced under the desk to see why she had
become so inactive, I saw her curled up around my foot.

I'm one happy mommy today.

(BTW - she's 2 years old, so for all those out there with a younger
ferret that hasn't cuddled yet, there's hope!!)
