Change of formula in Ultimate?

Someone called me about one of their ferrets not eating the new bag of
8 in 1 Ultimate. They bought a new bag on Sunday and noticed it looked
a different color. It wasn't eating although it was drinking water.
I go it to eat some Chicken Gravy, and then some with the new food
powdered and added to the gravy. Hopefully it will adapt and start
eating the new food. Has anyone else had this problem lately?
