I haven't posted in a while, but as most will understand, you have to tell
someone these things.

I found my little 2 1/2 yr old albino female, Roxie, dead yesterday a.m.
She had survived bilateral adrenal surgeries and was a little fighter. I
don't know what killed her, except that she was lying in a pool of vomit.

It is hard enough when they are sick and you are fighting with them, but I
am finding it incredibly difficult to handle this as it was unexpected.

My husband was wonderful and he buried her with me in her favorite hammock.
I was inclined to get a necropsy because she was seemingly quite healthy,
beyond the fact that she was on a low dosage of pred due to her last
surgery. We decided against it and just let her be at peace.

The not knowing what caused it is lingering over my head.

Please keep her in your prayers.

I love you little Roxie!
