We apologize for being so tardy in responding to you.  We've been on the road
 and are attending ferret shows (PA last week end) and have a heavy schedule
coming up.
 
It will be easier for us to talk via phone rather than e-mail as we are 3-4
weeks behind at this point and it can only get worse!!
 
Keep in touch and let us know how the recipe is continuing to work.
