HELLO.  I have NOT received a response to the included mail sent to this
address on 5/8.  I have also read on the Ferret Mailing List(FML) that
'the ferret store' does NOT intend to remove the unhealthy & dangerous
foods & treats offered by you & OTHER ferret supply stores, who have
replied favorably.  I have read the mssg. sent to Linda Iroff of the
Intl. Ferret Congress, by "Scott Sanfilippo", and that has me a bit
dismayed!  My future purchases of ferret related products will be
diverted to another supplier from now on, after considering the content
of that letter.  I have been a long-time customer of yours, and have
been very satisfied with the service I have received, but your apparent
indifference to this matter has 'now' sent me elsewhere.  I am
disappointed that you have not answered my email and the stance you
have taken!

Hi Scott...My name is John Rich, and I am a long-time customer of the
Ferret Store.  Please DO, do something about the unhealthy treats &
products, carried by you and other pet supply stores.  New understanding
of the needs of ferrets, has shown that many, many products are unhealthy
for them.  I know that many others will name the specific products, so I
won`t.
 
Please continue your great concern for the ferret community at large, and
help us to improve their 'quality of life'!!
