Hi

I finally got around to testing the rest of the fuzzies in the house.
(Did Bubbles last Tuesday). We tested all four of the remaining fuzzies
Saturday and all were negative. I was jumping up and down for joy. I
know that the saliva test has lots of false negatives. I had decided
that if any one of them came up positive I would take all five to be
tested by the vet. So at least now I know what it isn't.

Bubbles is still super skinny. She gained a few ounces, but has lost
them again. I'm going to have to take her back to the vet this weekend
and see what the heck is going on with her. She isn't interested in
eating much these days. She does eat kibble, but she just picks at the
duck soup I give her. I have to sit her in my lap and hold her to get
her to eat any at all. Are all sick ferrets so picky? She really is
beginning to look like a bag of bones with skin and fur pulled over it.
I'm getting frustrated with the entire thing. The vet says she's fine,
but she looks like heck and doesn't want to eat. My other four or big
fat thickly furred monsters. I may go back to my original vet and see
what he has to say about the test results. (I'm pretty sure the vet will
give them to me, I did pay for them after all).

I'm tired and frustrated and starting to ramble. Be assured that I do
love Bubbles, and I will continue to do everything in my power to help
her.

Shelley
