a more light hearted post than heartworm, for your amusement.

I designed a sweater for submission to an online magazine last year,
and it involves trying to take high quality photos for them to use.
so I got my boyfriend Patrick, who is not a ferret fan, to pose in his
sweater, and my friend Ina to take the photos. I think we ended up with

I also started learning spinning about a year and a half ago, and this
year, I decided to try and collect the ferrets' winter coats. my 2 year
old Aurum is quit the trooper, and had yield a few grams of fur for me,
while my girls (6&7 years) have shed nothing except what got shaved
from the bellies for ultrasounds. I haven't started spinning with the
fur yet, but if anyone want to share their experience, I'll love to
hear it!
