Hubby just called from the doctor. He said that the doctor thinks he
(hubby) has a parasite that he could have gotten from the ferrets!
Causes green slime poops in people. (sorry to be so gross). My ferrets
have normal poops and pee's. Has anyone ever heard of this before? He
didn't get the doctor to write down the name of the parasite, and he
can't remember the name, so I can't do any research on it. We have to
wait 6+ days to find out, and if hubbies got it, we all do. Because he
almost never touches the ferrets. My daughter and I do all the ferret
related stuff in the house. The only way he could have come in contact
with it is when I throw the litter out in the trash, but it's in sealed
bags, so I am at a loss as to how he could have gotten it.
