Hi all!  Only a couple more weeks until I get to bring a baby fuzzie
home :)
 
I just have a few questions to help make my baby's move easier.  Anybody
have any advice on litter?  I have read that some types will swell if
swallowed and could possibly cause a blockage.  Also, the pet store is
feeding the ferrets Iams kitten food right now.  Is there any difference
between ferret foods and kitten foods?
 
We were looking at cages and many of them look as though a ferret head
could fit through the bars.  I don't want him to get stuck!!  Is there any
guidelines as far as space between the bars is concerned?  And one last
question-we are moving in the near future-about a two hour drive.  Our
car does not have air conditioning and I don't want my fuzzie to overheat.
Any ideas??
 
Sorry there are so many questions, maybe I am being over cautious because
I am a first time mommie.  I just want my new friend to be comfy.
