while the xrays may belong to the animal hospital, you have a right to
them - the animal hospital *should* be willing to make a duplicate copy
of the xray and give that to you - of course they will charge you for
it, but it should be significantly less than the original xray charge
(which includes interpretation, etc) - ballpark figure of $15 or so?
