Unfortunately I purchased horse pellets on sunday before I read my FML and
found out there were two types (feed and bedding).  I purchased the feed,
which is not very good.  It isn't absorbing the urine at all.  I don't
think it's working much for the smell either.  So I'm returning my other
50lb bag and see if Southern States has the bedding type.
 
I want to thank everyone who responded.  I didn't mention in the first
message I put out that I run a shelter and with 40+ ferrets regular
pelleted litter is just too expensive.
