I almost bought one about a year ago, but my car turned out to be
repairable, so I couldn't really justify the cost of the Ferret.  However,
oddly enough it would've been cheaper for me to get a Ferret than the new
model replacement for my current car, so if things had gone the other way
on the repairs, my insurance money probably would've had me commuting in a
small tank today.
