I too learned that way from Jackie.And it works.

I also learned from Jackie that this same technique of Tone or Nutrical
on the wrist or hand to do a BG. Jackie puts a dab of Vaseline on the
back oaw & massages it to get the pad warm & the Vaseline makes the
blood go into the BG strip instead of running everywhere. Again, Jackie
showed me this trick.
