Subject:	Need help with Dr. in Manhattan

I need to take my baby to the Dr. in manhattan.  But because of the law I'm
afraid.  I don't know what to do he's losing hair on his tail he has rat
tail.  At first I thought he was just shading but his hair is not growing
back.

P.S. His 3 years old. He's my fat boy 6 1/2 lb.
