Hi out there! I have been running my ferret rescue since July of 1998.
I had tried Devil's Club and found that in alot of my kids even 1 drop
was too strong. I went to our local health food store that sold herbs
and asked the owner what I could use instead. We started with "Orange
Peel" and "Bitter Melon". Then the owner called and told us that he
ordered us ""Bitters Compound"", we figured why not and went to purchase
it. I have used this herbal extract ever since for our insulinomic
ferrets. It works quite well on ferrets with enviromental insulinoma
as well as the medical type. If you can't find your Devil's Club, try
using Bitters Compound instead.
